Abstract
Titanium dioxide thin filims are prepared by water vapor oxidation and air oxidation at temperature 600--1000C. The electrochemical properties of n-type TiO2-., electrodes have been investigated in 1M NaOH.
Peak voltage of electrodes are observed between-0.8V~-1.Ov in cyclic voltammogram according to various scan rate. In this range of the peak voltages, the values of ana, and n are obtained to be 0.2--0.5 and 3---4 respectively: The values of E of the electrodes are obtained to be -0.091--+0.113V and the sample prepared, at _higher temperature has the more positive potential
than that at lower temperature by Tafel polt: The values of flat band potential (V jb) were obtained to be -1.04V and -0.92--1,08 from the
measurment of photocurrent and capacitance in accordance with the applied potential: vs. SCE, respectively. The values of Vjh by the photocurrent was given better than by the capacitance.
